Soldiers For Christ Youth Ministry

Soldiers For Christ Youth Ministry is the All Saints Anglican Church’s youth group for senior high school-aged students (youth in grades 9 through 12.)

The purpose of this youth ministry is to partner with the youth as they journey through their teenage years. Soldiers For Christ creates a place where youth can feel comfortable being and expressing themselves, where they can work through problems they confront, and where they have the opportunity to experience and express the kind of love that can only come through Christ.

The program provides both spiritual and fellowship activities that allow students to grow spiritually and develop deep and meaningful relationships with God, their peers, and hopefully their parents and other adults in their lives.

All Saints Youth Director Pamela Sproul in partnership with her husband (and school teacher) Paul Sproul have been leading Soldiers For Christ since 1999.

During the school year the group meets regularly each Wednesday evening at 6:30 in the youth room, a dedicated space located in the church’s office building, the house located beside the church on McCabe Road.

During the summer, Soldiers For Christ meets at least twice a month in various locations.  Summer meetings are more social in nature and the group takes advantage of our beautiful area doing such things as cookouts, pool parties, putt-putt, movies, etc…

In addition the group meets for many special occasions including service projects, dinners, Christmas Party, spiritual retreat each January, summer camping in Ocracoke, ski trip, Relay For Life, hosting church’s Pancake Supper, mission trip, and the list goes on.

All senior high-schoolers are invited to attend. Visitors and friends are always welcome!

For meeting information or more information on Soldiers For Christ contact Pamela or Paul at home, 240-3527 or cell 342-2575.
